The pose card deck prints all forty-four library poses, four cards to a page, with cut guides. A card carries the English name, the Sanskrit name, the pronunciation, the level, the body area, the pose type, the first two steps, one modification, and one safety note. Those words are copied from the pose pages. There is no extra slogan on the card and no blank card to fill in.
Cut on the guides if you want a paper deck you can shuffle. Leave the sheets whole if you would rather turn pages. Either way, the card is a reminder of the setup, not the full article. When a card’s safety note is too short for your situation, go back to the pose page on the site. The page has the rest of the steps and the longer caution.
Cards do not treat a condition and do not clear you to practice. If you are pregnant, injured, or your back hurts, consult a doctor before you follow a card. The modification on the card is there so the full shape is not the only option. Use it. A deck is a stack of paper, not a teacher standing next to you.
