The shop sells PDF files made from this website. The 30-day program, the pose cards, the routine bundle, the breathing workbook, and the year journal are the practice set. Bought separately they cost more than the complete bundle. The word search book and the coloring book are extra. They are not inside the bundle, and a shorter version of each is free on the printables hub.
Every product page describes the file in sentences, then shows the first pages rendered from the PDF itself. You can see the layout before you decide. The poses and routines in the practice files are also free to read on the site. A PDF is a copy for the mat, when you do not want a browser tab open. It is not a different method and not a live class.
While the payment keys are unset, the button on a product says the purchase is not open, and it can take an email for a launch notice. That is a closed checkout, not an empty page. When checkout is open, Stripe takes the payment, and a success page lists signed download links that expire. Those success pages are not indexed and do not carry ads. Product pages also leave ads off, so a buy control is never sitting against an advertisement.
Prices on this page are the prices we set for the files. We do not show Amazon prices here. The gear guide is the separate page for physical tools, and its Amazon links are disclosed above the first one. Read the terms for personal use and refunds. Read the medical disclaimer before you treat a PDF as advice about pain, pregnancy, or an injury. The files are movement education.
