This policy describes the Peaceful Yoga Path website at peacefulyogapath.com.

What we collect

If you join the pose-sheet list, we send your email address, an optional first name, the page you signed up from, and a hashed IP address to our signup collector. We do not run our own database of subscribers on this site. If you use the contact form and the collector is configured, the message is sent the same way. If it is not configured, the form does not store the message and asks you to email hello@peacefulyogapath.com.

What stays on your device

The weekly tracker and your cookie choice are stored in this browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes them. We do not receive the tracker notes.

Payments

When the shop is open, Stripe processes the payment. We do not receive or store your card number. After a paid checkout, the server keeps the checkout session id, the product name, the email Stripe associates with the payment, and the time, in an order file on the server. Download links are signed and expire. They are not public URLs to the PDF.

Advertising and cookies

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of the DoubleClick/DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and to other sites on the Internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com and at https://aboutads.info. The cookie banner also lets you allow, decline, or manage storage. Until you allow advertising storage, consent defaults stay denied for ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage, and ads are non-personalized.

We do not load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager unless a measurement ID is configured for the site, and none is configured by default.

California privacy (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies can count as sharing under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents can opt out with the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer, which opens the cookie policy, or by rejecting advertising storage on the banner.
