Tracker

A week you can see.

Check a day when you practice. A note can be “day 3” or “10 minutes before bed.” Nothing here is stored on a server. Print it if you want it on paper.

The weekly tracker is a paper habit moved into the browser. Check a day when you practice. Write a short note if you want one: the routine you used, the minute you stopped, or the pose you skipped. The boxes and the note stay in local storage on this device. Clearing site data clears the week. We never receive the note, and we never turn it into a streak that other people can see.

A checked day is not a score. Missing Tuesday does not spoil Wednesday. The 7-day path on this site says the same thing: continue, do not catch up. The tracker is useful when you want to see whether a short practice is actually happening, and it is useless as proof that you are healthy, flexible, or consistent enough. There is no badge and no reminder email.

Print the page if you want the week on paper. The print view hides the site navigation so the grid is what comes out of the printer. You can also ignore the tracker entirely and follow a routine from the library. Nothing in a routine requires a checkbox first.

If you are using the tracker while you recover from an injury, while you are pregnant, or while your back hurts, the checkmarks are not medical clearance. Consult a doctor about the practice itself. Stop a session for sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, or chest pain, and leave the box empty. This page stores a habit. It does not treat a condition.

The seven columns are days, not goals. A note can name a routine from this site, such as the ten-minute morning practice or a single pose you repeated. It can also say rest. Rest is a complete entry. The page will still be here next week with empty boxes, which is the point of an undated week you can reuse.
